- Non-custom (pre-made) items can be returned 7 days from the delivery date only, in original packaging, and in brand new condition. The cost of the item will be refunded, however the shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
- All of our custom items are made especially for you. Unfortunately we are not able to accept returns unless we have made a mistake. Please read the item description and instructions carefully and ask any questions before ordering.
- If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Please don't assume that sending a cancellation request insures that your order will be cancelled. We will confirm if the order has been cancelled or not via email. Once the item has been made, we will not be able to cancel the transaction or issue a refund.
- Shipping costs are final and are never refundable.
